Personal Statement
My collegiate goals and aspirations are to get a well-balanced education and compete in athletics at a college level, leading me to become a respectable man.
In my life, I have found my success comes from hard work, sacrifice, and determination. I moved to the United States from Mexico when I was six years old learning English in three months, now I have become a straight-A student at Tucson High School.
I am a good candidate for your program because my academics come first and then sports. I work a part-time job on Sunday's washing dishes at a restaurant for work experience. My employer and fellow employees have been kind enough to compliment me on my hard work. I am a volunteer with habitat for humanity to help my community.
In the future, I hope to help my dad here in the states and my mom and family in Mexico. I hope my college experience will lead me to be a successful adult
