My collegiate goals are to play at the Division 1 level, improve my velocity, stay healthy, be a team player, take a year in general studies to really figure out what area of study I would like to pursue. I have just recently started to pitch seriously - as of this past August. Before my first year in the Premier Baseball League (wood bat only) I played for my local recreational team. I decided to focus on baseball only as I am also a Rep Hockey player. I made the choice to drop hockey and see how far I can take my baseball career. Last year I batted .393 and was 5th in the Junior PBL. I was selected for Team BC to play in a tournament and was asked to pitch. I knew then I could be a great pitcher and have kept improving and am working on my 2-seam, 4-seam, split finger, slider, change-up (circle change). I have hit 90mph with my fast ball. With the right kind of development and coaching, I can hit mid - 90s. I have recognized my potential and want to see how far I can go.
