Liam Sampson '24 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing baseball since I was five years old. It has been a sport that I have always been passionate about. Always wanting to play at a higher level to be able to improve my skills. Baseball is more than physical, it is a mental game. I feel being able to know the mental and physical aspect of the game puts me above other players. 

I have been called a deceptive pitcher. I have been told I have very good mound composure that separates me from other pitchers with the same physical numbers. I have quick hands that helps with lots of pop. I work well with players and always encouraging my teammates. Baseball is about being patient, teamwork, dedication and giving the sport the respect it deserves. I am a player that knows that I have to earn my spot, nothing is given. Once I have a goal in mind, I won't stop until I reach it.
