Baseball has been a big part of my life since I was young and I have worked hard to improve both the mental and physical aspects of my game. 

Knowing each season brings a new set of challenges, I set goals for myself to get to the highest level I can each year. By putting in hard work on my teams, having good communication with my coaches and doing additional practice on my own, I have achieved what I set out to do and will continue to work hard to improve.

In 2021, I aspired to become an integral player on our association's Bantam AAA team. Our team wound up going to the 2021 Provincial tournament and I received an MVP award as a starting pitcher. Although we did not win that tournament, I found the entire experience amazing and it reinforced my desire to continue playing baseball at the highest level I can, for as long as I can.  I worked hard in the off season and as a result I was 1 of 4 2024 players selected to join the College Prep Team, a team primarily composed of 2022 players.  

As much as I work my hardest to improve my own skills, I also strive to be an encouraging, supportive player - one that my teammates can count on. Whether it's on the field or if we're having a tough day in practice, I stay supportive.

I have a very strong work ethic, which helps with my schooling as well. I have succeeded throughout the years and consistently achieved high academic standing in all of my classes. 

My long term goal is to use my academic and athletic strengths, to play baseball at the college/university level and even higher as my skills improve.
