I truly believe that motivating and helping others shake off the negatives helps me to be the best person I can be.  We all have only one initial chance to do the right thing and make the right decision in every aspect of life which is the attitude I try to keep for myself.  Therefore, my goals and standards for myself are high but I feel when it comes to both academics and baseball, my leadership skills to help everyone around me is what makes me a great asset.
