Andrew Campana '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Andrew Campana and as a current freshman in

Manathana High School, class of 2024, I have since a young age always

looked up to those who have achieved an elite level in baseball. Growing

up, baseball has shaped the person I am today teaching me life lessons

that I would not have learned if not for the sport. Developing the ability to

adapt to fast paced situations and accommodating to whatever challenge is

thrown my way is a direct result of the training I have received through

coaching and playing the sport. I also see myself as a great teammate as I

can always find a way to help others as well as listen to constructive

criticism to better myself for the team. I am an extremely active kid playing

a variety sports (i.e., baseball, football, basketball) which all have helped

teach me how to manage my schedule accordingly. If any coach asks me

to do something, I will simply do what's best for the team. My main

positions are Third Base, Second Base, and Pitcher. Regarding academics,

I have a 3.6 GPA after my first semester of freshman year and I plan to

major in business someday in college. All in all, I am doing all I can to get

to the next level for baseball and achieve my lifelong dream.
