Taylor Uene '21 Recruiting Profile

I will give you nothing less than 200% in everything I do, even if it’s sitting on the side line cheering my teammates on! I work hard and train hard because there is no other way to do it if you want to get anything accomplished! I am dedicated to my team and this sport! I want to be a nurse anesthetist for my career after college, I know doing college level soccer and nursing school it will be difficult, but I am more than willing to put the work in. My coaches see something special in me as they play me as forward, outside midfield, and center back. I have been playing varsity soccer for my high school since freshman year. My sophomore and junior year of high school I won the coach's award, which is an award when the head coach of the varsity soccer program handpicks a player who has been encouraging, helpful, and a team player on and off the field. I have been volunteering at my local hospital ever since the summer going into my sophomore year of high school so I have some experience already. Senior has been a little different due to the Covid pandemic, but it has not changed my dedication to the sport! Thank you for taking your time and learning a little bit about me!
