Julian Navarro '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Julian, I’m a sophomore at Vista High School.  I play shortstop for the JV baseball team.  In the spring, I participate in travel baseball to keep my skills sharp and stay engaged with the game.

At a young age, I began participating in sports such as soccer, flag football, and tackle football. I then moved on to attempt baseball, which I loved so much that it became all I wanted to do.

During COVID, Coach began me on the JV team my freshman year, where I played second base, shortstop, third base, pitching and some outfielder.

My ambition is to go to college and play college baseball after receiving a solid education. To keep my dream alive, I must do everything in my power.

My goal is to work harder and smarter, and I want to be able to say, "I got this." when I make mistakes.
