Gabriel Schmitt '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gabriel Schmitt and I am a Right handed pitcher and first baseman out of San Francisco, California. I take great pride in the game of baseball and while these are my main positions, I have been utilized everywhere. I consider myself a determined athlete and good leader. Playing ball for 13 years has opened me up to opportunities and bonds that will be with me for the rest of my life. My gratitude and appreciation for the game makes me extremely coachable and open to opportunities of any kind, whether on the field or off. I want to play baseball for as long as possible and have the work ethic to do so.

In order to excel on the field, you have to excel in the classroom. Throughout high school I have maintained at least a 3.0 gpa with around a 3.4 cumulative gpa. I strive to do my best in the classroom and challenging myself to do better helps me in the classroom and on the field. No matter where I am; on the field or in the classroom; you can always expect 100% out of me.
