Dana Sullivan '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Dana Sullivan, and I am a senior at Boulder High School with a 3.65 GPA.  I have been a two-sport athlete at BHS for three years and made the varsity baseball team as a freshman and the varsity football team as a sophomore, earning both academic and athletic awards for all three seasons on both teams.  I am a committed athlete as well as a committed student.  I would like to study biology in college with an eye towards a future in medicine.

This is the third summer that I have played on a tournament team for Thunder Baseball Academy 18U under former MLB catcher Darron Cox.  My recorded summer stats for 24 of our games were .441 batting average,  .518 OBP,  .632 slugging percentage, 30 hits, 20 RBI's, 20 runs, 4 triples, 1 HR and 7 HBP's.  I've been fortunate that since the age of nine I've learned the sport from coaches with high baseball IQs.

Baseball is my passion, and I look forward to playing at the college level. I want to contribute to my program on and off the field, while getting an excellent education.
