Baseball is one of my greatest passions, and It has been something that I’ve done all my life. I grew up watching my dad playing it and at a young age, I started to play it and enjoy it for myself. Throughout the years that I’ve played it, I’ve been able to use it to problem solve and to help me learn about myself and express the person I am through the sport. I am proud to say that baseball has changed my life in an endless amount of ways.
The sport has taught me many aspects about myself. A few things that baseball has taught me is how to be a leader, how to manage my time more effectively, how to work through difficulties, and to give whatever I do everything I got. With things like this that I’ve learned from baseball I’ve been able to work through tough times in not only baseball but in school, in losses of family and friends difficulties, or other challenges that I’ve experienced throughout my life.
As I get older I realize more and more that I want to continue to play and be involved in the sport for as long as I possibly can. I also realize it’s important to further my education by attending college and graduating college. I work everyday to achieve these goals and I know I can achieve my aspirations and goals when I play for your team and attend your school!
