Jacob Barrows '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi. Thank you in advance for taking the time to review my profile. I am currently a freshman in high school and I’m starting my journey towards playing college baseball. I have been playing baseball since the age of three and it has truly become an integral part of my life as well as my family’s. In addition to playing high school ball, I have also been playing travel ball with the same team for the past four years with the Colorado Reds.  we began as a AAA team and have progressed to a Majors team.   I am proud to say that I was named team captain this year for the Colorado Reds.  I enjoy the competitive nature of the game as well as the teamwork component.  I am active in the dugout and support all of my teammates to help them be the best that they can be as well.   I love hanging out with my team on and off the field. My goal is to play ball in college while focusing on my education. One of my strengths is is my loyalty to the sport, my team, and my family.   I look forward to where this journey takes me.
