John Zamora '19 Recruiting Profile

    Hello my name is John Zamora and I'm a student from the 2019 graduating class. When it comes to college, I believe you should set the bar high and strive for your goals. As a student athlete in college you must be on top of your game in all aspects, and that is what I want to become. I want to succeed in college, no matter the challenge, and become the best person I can be by growing up day by day. I'm still undecided on what I would like to be in college, however, I will be determined to achieve what ever I set my mind to.

    As a person I promise myself to always go 110% when in the classroom and on the field. By being a hard worker in everything I do I feel it makes me a great player for any baseball team. Being the first one to the field and the last one to leave is something I strive myself on. The heart and knowledge that I have for the game really shows when I'm on the ball field. I will be sure to never give up no matter the circumstance and push myself to the limit when it comes to my game.

    I want to become the best baseball player I can be and my heart for the game pushes me to be that. As a person in life, you should always want to give it your all and that's what I feel makes me unique. As an infielder I push myself to make at least one great play each game. My range while playing up the middle is unteachable. I get to balls that other players would never think to get to and it is noticeable when watching. I want to be the best student, player, and person no matter where life takes me.
