David Otero '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is David Angel Otero, Jr.. I have been playing baseball since the age of 5 and have been in love with the game since day one. I am very determined to play baseball for as long as I possibly can, whether it is professional or not. I'm very athletic and competitive within myself and to my peers. Because of the fact I run and play basketball recreationally in the offseason, I stay in shape year-round. Aside from sports, I am a B to B+ average student and also a Second Honor Roll student. School comes fairly easy to me compared to other students. Baseball is going to be in my life in some way until the day I die. So I intend on making a living off of this sport, one way or another. This is what makes me different from other recruit candidates.
