Personal Statement

My name is Jacob Lapierre and I am 17 years old. I attend Berlin High School where I am a Junior. I have been playing AAU travel baseball since 2009, and play for Berlin High School. My primary position is center field, and secondary position is right-handed pitcher. I am a left-handed batter. I currently play on the New England Knights, 18U AAU Team with Coach Lance Stevens. I would like to pursue playing college baseball, and am open to explore opportunities at all divisions. I am looking for a college where I can obtain a degree in physical therapy/athletics while fulfilling my passion of baseball.

Top 96 Academic East Showcase

The 9th Annual Academic East Top 96 College Coaches Prospect Camp is a two-day clinic that offers players (HS and JC age) the chance to work with and learn from some of the best college coaches in the country. Top 96 College Baseball Prospect Camps are a combination of the things you'd get a a showcase, college camp and a tournament all in front of current college coaches. CAMP ACTIVITIES •Defensive Workout/Evaluation Session in front of current college coaches •Offensive BP/Hitting Evaluation Session in front of current college coaches •Written & 1-on-1 evaluation from a current college coach •Position specific clinic sessions, in small groups, run by college coaches like one of their practices •Recruiting Seminar for parents run by our Lead Instructor •Many camps also include a Financial Aid Seminar for parents •One game on the second day (no activities before or after your game) ?Playing time balanced at each position ?Each hitter guaranteed three at bats
