My goal ever since I was a kid was to play baseball in college. That has always been my drive and motivation to find a school that fits me and to play at a level that best fits my skill level. What makes me a good candidate is that I’ve never stopped working and am the hardest grinding player you will find whether it’s in the weight room, on the field or off the field. Obviously what kid wouldn’t dream about playing at a D1 level, and I always dreampt that dream up until my injury. I tore my UCL right before my junior year requiring Tommy John Surgery. This injury made me miss my most important year, miss showcases and really limited my recruiting process. I still have hope to play at a D1 level but this injury has made me come to a new realization that my dream is to play baseball in college at any level that fits me best. I have to work harder than I ever have before now and I won’t stop until I’m back on the field and hopefully playing in college next year.
