I want to find the program that best holds my values as a teammate and player. During my baseball career, I have played around selfish players, and players that fold in the face of defeat. My dream program has a roster of guys who play for each other and play every game until the last out is made. I love to lead, but a team with 10 leaders is better than a team with one.
