The qualities that make me a good candidate for a team are my leadership abilities on and off the field and my commitment to the team.  I work very hard to improve to become a better player.  Playing at a high level is very important and my goal is to play college baseball.  It has been a dream of mine since I was very young.  Academics are very important and I will try as hard in the classroom as I do on the field.
