Personal Statement
My goal is to go to a well-respected college to obtain a Marine Biology degree but, my love for baseball is just as important. The opportunity to accomplish both, simultaneously, would fulfill a dream of mine that I’ve had since I was 6 years old. Thirteen years ago, when I first stepped on the field, I knew I wanted to play this sport until I physically couldn’t anymore. What makes me a unique candidate is my leadership skills, willingness to learn and drive to be the best I can be on and off the field. I understand there will always be something more I can learn and become better at and I embrace the challenge. I refuse to look at myself and be complacent with where I was at, where I am at, and where I will be at. I would love any opportunity blessed to me.
