Hello! My name is Jayden Brown. I am currently a sophomore at Wheeler High School in Marietta, Georgia. I am 6’1” and 188 lbs. I bat left and throw right. My field positions are third base, left field and right field. I absolutely love the game of baseball. My favorite channel to watch is MLB network. I’m an avid Washington Nationals fan and I was fortunate to see them play in a 2019 World Series game. I even caught a homerun ball during batting practice!
I am thankful for the support and guidance of my parents. They have not only allowed me to play for travel teams, but they have also supported the extra work that I do to improve my game. For example, regardless of my high school or travel ball schedule, I work with a hitting coach at least 2 times per week. I also stay in shape by working out with free weights and plenty of cardio. I believe that hard work is rewarded.
There are many coaches that have influenced me over the years. I learn something new from each one of them. I try to soak up all the wisdom that I can! My goal is to first be a great high school baseball player, so I can have the opportunity to go to college, get a great education in business administration and have fun playing baseball. While playing, I want to be a positive leader and example to my teammates and others – on and off the field.
Respectfully -Jayden Brown
