Sebastian Neave '23 Recruiting Profile

My work ethic, athleticism, ability and willingness to do the little things, communication skills, and high standards set me apart from other athletes. I have a passion for all the different layers of baseball and am eager to learn, I’m always working to improve my current product. I create and stick to routines for success, and I bring positive energy, vocal leadership, and hustle everywhere. I play multiple sports  to cross train for baseball and do yoga so that I am physically fresh for every game. I have a high baseball IQ which continues to expand as I learn quickly, making me extremely teachable.  I’m the guy that wants the ball with a "get too" attitude. I am a very aggressive and competitive player. Everything I do, I do as best as I can, and I always compete against myself to be the best me possible. There is a purpose behind every one of my actions and I love the process more than the outcome. During Vanderbilt’s summer high school prospect showcase I won the positive life force award out of 260 other prospects. I have the character, work ethic, grades, athleticism, and build to represent any program well. I am steady and trustworthy and a guy every teammate wants to be around. 

I look to combine high academics with a successful baseball program, quality teammates, and dedicated coaching staff.
