In 8th Grade, I made the IKWF State finals with my junior wrestling club. A number of kids had qualified for the state tournament, but I was the first to make it that far. It is probably not only one of my highlights of my full athletic career to date but it’s a moment that I started to grow and mature the most. I didn’t win that championship in 8th grade, but it drives me to give everything I have in every sport I compete in for high school. The way I work and train makes me believe that I am becoming a solid athlete for the college level.
I work with some amazing coaches and fellow teammates. I believe in the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership and feel I instill that in each program I participate in. Academics is equally as important to me and I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for both aspects of my career. I have both the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. I’m a three-sport athlete that has what it takes, give me the opportunity and I won’t disappoint.
