My aspiration is to play collegiate baseball while obtaining a degree in biomedical sciences that will prepare me for medical school. My leadership skills are what set me apart from other athletes and I strive to influence others on and off the field. At my school I am involved in Rams Committed, a club to help student-athletes become leaders and improve their leadership skills. I was chosen to be a part of a council of 10 students to run the club. I was also chosen to be a member of the Illinois Human Performance Project Student Advisory Team, a group of students from around the Chicagoland area who work together to instill leadership qualities in others. My work ethic also sets me apart from other athletes. Every practice I aim to outwork my teammates and be the hardest worker on the field. I pay attention to detail to make the most out of my training and my schoolwork. I am always searching for ways to better myself and my teammates.
