Scott Cole 26” “...I'm a utility player: Can play basically everywhere. I would say Pitching and Outfield is my best aspect on my defense.
Offense- I tend to be more of a power hitter, but when it comes down to times in need I always hit for the team. Therefore earlier 2 strike approach’s and being there to support the next guy.
Pitching- I have 5 pitches: 4 and 2 seam, change up, curve ball and a slider. These pitches work very well for me and they have all gotten me through long games. Usually when I’m pitching. I’ll start the game and either go the entire route, or I’ll get pulled due to having to keep a low pitch count because of High School.
School- I always try to put my best foot forward into my schooling it's very important to me and my household that I have good grades. I always try my best to keep my grades above a 3.0 in order to get Distinguished warrior for my High school and for my future college. I take most honors classes in order to get my GPA up. I’m not sure what I want to do in college just yet.
Grit. When I’m committed to doing something I’ll put my full fourth effort in order to make that happen. With baseball this is always the case. I’m always the first one to be there and the last one to leave.
