Jake Zitella '23 Recruiting Profile

I want to go to a school to play baseball and be successful in and out of school. I have been competing all my life to try to be the best athlete and competitor I can be while also having fun playing the game. What makes me different about some other athletes is I have fun playing baseball, its fun to go out and compete with a group of guys and play your heart out trying to win Championships and Tournaments. You will always see me on the field running out to my position, playing with 110% energy, and playing with a huge smile on my face every time I go out onto the field. I also have a high goal in mind to go to the MLB, and because of that I take no days off. I workout, go hitting, work on ground balls, run, etc-. When i’m not playing baseball i’m working on school and making sure my grades are good enough so I can be in a great spot for college.
