Cameron Litwiller '16 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals include getting a 4 year degree in either Business or Sports Management but it is still undecided. I plan to work hard on my studies and on the Baseball field. I feel I would be a great asset to somebody’s team because I'm a hard worker and always strive for more. I'm a very positive guy with the desire to win every time I step on the field. If I'm having trouble with something, I keep on working at it and don't stop until it’s to the level where it needs to be. My big goal is to get better every season. I think it helps that I play 2 other sports because it gets me ready physically for the Baseball season and being an athlete helps on the field. I believe that my academics are great through my first two and a half years of high school having the high GPA, but it’s my job to keep that going and I plan to. I've been playing baseball ever since I was 4 years old so I live for the game and love playing it everyday. At the end of high school, I want to find the college that's the right place for me.

In November of 2014, my fastball velocity was 71-74 MPH and my changeup was 61-64 MPH. Three months later, my velocity is now at 79 MPH and tops at 80 MPH. My changeup now is 69-70 MPH with a sharp and late break. Me and my pitching coach are working with my curveball which is now at 65 MPH.
