Bryce Tieman '21 Recruiting Profile

    Baseball has been a part of my life since before I can remember. Throughout the years it has gifted me with many qualities that would be beneficial to your team. Due to the fact that I have been involved for so long It has had a major impact on my life. 

    Unfortunately my high school baseball program has not been the most successful. After a few rough years and new coaches in and out we find things to be at a standstill. I still play for my school, but my primary focus is my travel team and participating in a wooden bat league in the fall. 

    Although high school baseball hasn’t been the most competitive, it has made me become more self motivated to be better and to push others on my team to do better as well. It causes me to take responsibility for my mistakes, and proves not everyone is perfect. Due to the environment of high school ball I believe I have became very mentally tough and don’t let the little things affect how I play. 

    I believe I would bring a strong, blue collar, work ethic, mental strength, and a desire to get better. I’m a mature person that can get along with just about anyone. I will strive to become the best player/teammate possible. Baseball has instilled many of these things in me. 

    I am hoping to find a school that will allow me to pursue my education and dreams of playing at the next level.
