- In my second year of strength and conditioning training at EPA with Eric Griffin. The workouts are baseball specific which include speed, strength and injury prevention.
- Tread Athletics

- As of 1/29/24 I am in my fifth month working with Tread. I am working with them to bring up my throwing velocity. This will benefit me in the field as well as have the velo to pitch in High School games. Tread has each athlete go through an evaluation process to discover deficiencies in movements. Their programs come with correctives for these deficiencies as well as their custom throwing program developed for me. I have seem nice progress in the five months working with them.
