Hello, my name is Josh Koch my collegiate goals are:

• Be on a successful team.
• Be a major role model for others on the team.
• Be a key component for the team.
• Make it past the college level and continue to play for potentially the minors or majors. 

I believe that I'm a good candidate for your team because I am hard working, great team leader, very coachable, and willing to try new things.

I am different from other candidates because I have a lot of experience in helping teammates get better and I'm not afraid to help instruct teammates who are struggling with what coaches have taught. My academics are above average and if my grades fall, I always get them back up to the best of my ability.
