I love to play baseball. A highlight of career thus far was being the runner-up State Champions in 2018. However, I feel I have grown the most as an athlete during other years when we were not winning. These experiences helped me to focus on my own efforts and becoming a leader on a team that needed leadership. I think having to dig deep into myself during those non-winning seasons helped me grow as a student-athlete and as a person.
I have been fortunate to play baseball since I was five years old. I have learned the value of friendship, teamwork, sacrifice, and commitment. I have learned that it is great to win and hard to lose, but we must learn to do both in life and on the field. I believe that I have the talent to compete for a college team. I know that I have the character, work-ethic and moral compass that would have a positive impact on your program. I have competed in three sports during high school. I do have what it takes to be leader on your team!
