Preston Hamilton '20 Recruiting Profile

Baseball has been in my families blood for many years. My father received a full ride for baseball, and my uncle played for the New York Mets. This is what led to me starting baseball at young age, and always loving it since the first day I stepped on the field. In recent years, baseball has done more for me than just provide fun and competitiveness. Baseball allows me to free my mind and take off the stress of school and other problems. It has also allowed me to become a leader even though I am a sophomore playing on the varsity level. I would love to come out of high school baseball being a captain of the team and continuing the Beechwood Baseball legacy at the college level, in which many are doing currently. In college I would like to play for a competitive school that would also allow for great schooling. Also as many of my friends and family know my competitiveness not only comes from baseball but it also comes from snowboarding in which I also compete in and have gotten very talented at.
