Personal Statement

My name is Conner Sayre, I am currently a Junior and attend Model Laboratory High School in Richmond, Kentucky. I was born on June 1, 2006 in Scottsdale, Az. I am currently 6'1 and 155 LBS. I hit and throw right-handed. My primary position is short stop, and my secondary position is Pitcher, although I can play any position with the exception of catcher. In my own words plain and simple, I am a ball player I love the game of baseball. Since the age of four I have played the game and since the age of eight I have played travel/competitive baseball.  I have had the opportunity to learn the game from many great coaches. I know without them I wouldn't be the player that I am today. There is always more to learn. When I am not playing baseball or not in school I enjoy working out and working for my Eagle Scout rank and holding a part time job. School and baseball take up most of my time. Over the winter months I do speed and agility training. My parents are very positive people they have always been very supportive. As far as my most important accomplishments I start short stop on varsity baseball since my freshman year. In conclusion I would like to assure all of the college coaches interested in me that I'm a hard worker. I strive to be the best student, baseball player and person I can every day. On the field I communicate clear and loudly.  Coaches usually tell me that I am very coachable and always open to listening to advice. Respectfully Submitted Conner Sayre.  NCAA ID#2109325492

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
