Gray Davis '27 Recruiting Profile

I am close to completing 8th grade, and I am excited about entering Trinity High School as a freshman next year (2027 graduate).  I am academically strong with straight A's, and scoring high on math and cognitive skills.  My early interests for areas of study for college would include engineering, business, and law.  My family, friends, teachers and coaches would describe me as outgoing, friendly and athletic.

I continue to work hard on developing my baseball skills as an all round player.  I am a strong pitcher with good velocity and strong ability to locate a variety of pitches.  I have switch hit since I started playing baseball, always a strong contact hitter with growing power to gaps. Currently working to increase strength and exit velocity.  I am versatile in the field and can play a strong MIF as well as 1B.  My focus this past offseason was to become stronger as a pitcher by working with PPL in Lexington, KY, and gain foot speed and agility by playing competitive basketball and lacrosse.

I work hard to contribute to the success of the team and to be a great teammate.  My goals for the next four years is to be the best ball player I can be for Trinity High School, contribute as a reliable pitcher, hitter, and fielder, and earn an opportunity to play baseball at the college level and earn a college degree.
