Derek Gross '22 Recruiting Profile

My major goal is to play baseball for as long as I can and play at the highest level. I want to keep developing so I can eventually have a team of my own and develop them into outstanding individuals. I will always give 110% at all times, and I take constructive criticism and actually better myself with it. I have always done good in school and I plan to continue to. I’m always setting self goals that I can pass and move onto the next one.
