Dylan Nee '24 Recruiting Profile

I'm Dylan Nee, a pending 2024 graduate who attends Gerstell Academy which is a leadership school. I take rigorous courses, including AP English, a college Business Management course, Statistics, Robotics, Forensics and other similar courses this semester. I am involved in our school leadership roles and community outreach programs, while maintaining an average GPA around 3.5. I also work part-time at a local restuarant. I love the sport of baseball and also play varsity basketball. I am a natural leader with baseball IQ, who keeps my head in the game and supports my teammates. While I will play at 100% in any position on the field, I primarily play Centerfield with Pitcher as my secondary position, currently with a FB at 84-85mph. I was most recently laser timed at I-95 in NJ for the 60 at 6.56. This past season my high school team went 19-2 only to lose in the championship game. While I had to deal with the ultimate loss, it was a great learning experience and has me, and my team, ready to succeed this upcoming season. My experience in club travel ball has also helped to prepare me for the physical commitment and the mental game of baseball. Ultimately, it is my goal to play D1 baseball in college but I would be humbled to play for a solid team on any level. As a coach you will find me to be the type of player who works hard, stays focused, gets along with everyone and is coachable. Like you, I am looking for the right fit.
