Dawson Mickley '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Dawson Mickley and I am currently a sophomore at Emmanuel Christian School in Hagerstown, Maryland. I play baseball in a league named GABSA (Greencastle Antrim Baseball Softball Association), I also play basketball on my schools team.

My main position is Catcher but I am also able to play any Outfield position very well and above others ability. As a Catcher, my leadership on the team is great, I always make sure to keep my teams heads up, especially my pitcher whom I have very close connections with all of them. I am skilled at catching any pitch thrown to me, especially breaking balls. I also want to play football in college

Something great about me is that I am a Christian which keeps my attitude good and motivates me to continue to play and keep going and to keep my head up. I am always practicing to get better and always look to do better each game I play.

I always hustle despite tiredness or lack of motivation. I keep my mind focused on the game and make to sure to know what to do in every situation of the game.
