Dustin Isanogle '21 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals are to continue to play baseball in college while obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management.  I would love to work for Major League Baseball. Hopefully, as a player initially, then in coaching, management, announcing, or writing. 

Presently, I am a junior at Catoctin High School in Thurmont, Maryland as an honors student and have maintained honor roll status since my freshman year.  I am a 3 year Varsity Baseball player and 1 year Varsity Soccer player.  In addition, I am a member of the performing arts department with past and present involvement in the Marching Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Concert Choir and Theater.  I am also the student leader of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).

Outside of school, I am beginning my 7th consecutive season with the Frederick Hustlers Baseball, a competitve summer/fall travel program under the same head coach.  My most recent personal accomplishment is earning my Eagle Scout Rank following 10 years of scouting commencing in first grade as a Tiger Cub.  

Whether I am participating in sports, music, service, scouting or my school work, I believe the activities I have chosen to pursue, along with the help of my parents, have played a significant role in my character development and I am excited for the next stage of my life.
