My goals and aspirations consist of putting in as much effort as I can this offseason, setting goals for myself, not letting opponents get to me, and hopefully hit my first high school home run in my sophomore year, in the 2019 season. I aspire to become a starter this year, which can only happen to me if I put the maximum effort in. I aspire to graduate high school and be accepted into my dream college where I can play baseball with new teammates who I can learn from, and they can learn from me, and I finally aspire to make it past college ball, and into the majors. It all starts with that first workout that you do, is when you realize what you want to do, and why you are doing it. My coach once asked me, 'Are you a rock, a jellybean, or a marshmallow? Think about it.' For me, I want to be that rock.
