Blake Samuelson '22 Recruiting Profile

I absolutely love the game of baseball. Every little aspect of the game that you have to perfect before you see success is something that drives me to get better every day. The competitiveness, the mindset that you have to have to be a leader and team player is something that not any other sport possesses in my eyes. Being part of a team takes commitment, and being the best you can be day in and day out matters for those teammates you consider family. Not only does it mean just putting every effort towards the field, but also in the classroom. Who you are and what you do outside of the game determines what kind of a player you are. Thinking through your actions, whether it comes to how you speak or how you act matters. I am looking for a school that gives me a challenge athletically/academically and can help me reach full potential of who I can be.
