Jansen Landen '23 Recruiting Profile

Baseball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and my goal is to continue to play at the highest level for as long as I can.  I remember the days of pitching to my dad and him pitching to me, sometimes at my request after playing six games in a single weekend.  I’ve worked myself from the kid that strikes out and sits at the end of the bench at age nine to theplayer who throws 88 mph fastballs for some  of the most competitive high school and club teams in Massachusetts.  I am a team player who understands that every player has a role and needs to be prepared at all times.  I realize that every coach who selects me for their team is trusting that I will give them my best when the time comes and I always give them my best.
