Andrew Fetten '22 Recruiting Profile

Ever since a young age, I have always loved playing soccer and have had a passion and talent for the game. Since playing youth soccer and when I was living overseas and playing soccer in Hong Kong, I grew a strong passion for the game and always knew that my goal was to play college when I’m older. I have always had great footwork on the ball and can always find a good pass, a switch or a through ball to my target and have always known how to finish and place the ball in the corners. Alongside with all of that, I am also always willing to step up in a position I’ve never played before. Last year I went from playing midfielder at club to play left back because our player got injured. I was willing to take his position and started there for the rest of the season after that.  

I know that in my time so far in high school, I have learned to manage my time, work hard on and off the field to keep up my gpa, and how to communicate professionally with my coaches and teachers. If you want a player on your team who can always find their target, always willing to give 10% more and will always go in for a slide tackle to help save or win the game, I’m your guy.
