I am a catcher for the Reading Memorial High School Varsity team. Although this is my first year on varsity, I excelled last year on JV, and I have been starting the majority of games. My best attribute is my defensive catching with strong receiving and blocking skills, and a 1.93 pop time. I also am a consistent hitter with hard-hit line drives up the middle with exit velo up to 87 mph. Outside of baseball, I am a very hard-working student that takes school very seriously with a 4.43 weighted GPA and a 1490 SAT.
After high school, my goal is to be able to spend my next four years playing competitive baseball while continuing my academic studies. I have always loved baseball and the hard work that comes along with it. I have a lot of perseverance and would work to develop as a player to bring the most to a team as possible. I push myself to outwork other around me, but more importantly to become the best player I know I can be. This determination means I am one of the most coachable and committed players available and would love to be a part of a great college baseball program.
