Gavin DeVooght '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gavin DeVooght, Im a 2023 Graduate and I go to Walled Lake Central HS. I play travel baseball for MotorCity Shamrocks. My goal is to play college baseball and further if I’m lucky enough.  I play third base and I’m a RHP. Off the mound the throw 79-82 and Max out at 84. I primary at 3rd base, at third I can throw the ball 85 across the infield.  At third I can make every one of the plays and I layout when need be. At the plate I’m a “power hitter” I can hit to all sides of the field and have the power to hit the ball over. Off the tee I hit 85mph. I’m different because I bring a lot of energy to the game and I’m always keeping my teammates heads up.
