Jacob Brigham '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jacob Brigham, I am a 6'2, 160 pound incoming senior, at Concord High School, in Concord, Mi. I carry a 3.87 GPA and currently have a 24 on my ACT. I have been a starter on my varsity baseball team for the last 3 seasons, where my team and I have achieved showings at two State Quarter Finals and one State Regional Final. This year as a junior, I completed my season with 97 strikeouts and just 18 base on balls in 63 innings pitched, with a 2.31 ERA, and an 8-2 record. I was awarded, All Conference, All District and All Region Pitcher, as well as 2nd team All Area, and Academic All Conference. My starting position as a freshmen was Second base/Pitcher, sophomore and junior seasons, Shortstop/Pitcher. I am the type of player that finds myself very calm, and very focused on the mound. I feel I have great command of the ball, and perform very well under pressure. I am very much a team player, and feel that I am a great role model and leader, helping to keep the younger players focused. I have played the game of Baseball since I was 7, and have always dreamed of playing at the Collegiate level. I am open to exploring opportunities in all divisions, wanting to play at the highest level possible,  and feel I would be a great asset to helping a team reach it's goals.
