From backyard T-Ball to Varsity Baseball and everything in between, I have grown to love every aspect of baseball. While growing up, I spent my summers not only playing baseball but watching my dad play top-class softball. I still watch softball games and admire the fact they are playing, encouraging the youth, and building camaraderie with teams from around the state and country.
No matter the level of play, I give my all. As I strive to be better, it sets an example for my teammates to work hard as well. I play with integrity and respect for my team, my coach, and the opposing team. I strive to give 100% in the classroom as well as on the field. Graduating with honors from high school is my goal to build a foundation for earning a college degree and preparing for my future. I currently have a 3.8 GPA and am a member of the National Honor Society.
I am a multi-positional player but my concentration is catching. I study film and work through scenarios at home in catcher's gear. During a game, I am able to switch to the one-knee down technique to adjust to any situation.
Playing college baseball is my goal because not only do I aim to win every game I can, I have also grown to love every aspect of the game and enjoy every minute of playing it.
