Kellum Clark '20 Recruiting Profile

I am currently in the 8th grade at Jackson Academy and playing varsity baseball under Coach Jay Powell.  I have a 4.0 grade point average.  My current ACT score is a 16 from when I took it in 2013.

I have played all positions except middle infield to date.  Currently I am learning to catch as Coach Powell says a right handed throwing and left handed batting catcher is in high demand.   Also currently I am learning to pitch.

I play travel ball with Coach Ben McDonald and my summer team is based out of Denham Springs, LA. (Chaos)

Currently I do play football as a quarterback, defensive end and tight end.  Candidly, I may give football up next year to focus more on speed and agility training in the off season that is more geared for a baseball athlete.

Currently 6'3", 197 lbs
Bats left hits with power to all fields
Throws right - Current fastball was 83-84 top side measured fall 2015 in Middleton, TN
I have played all positions except really middle infield to date
60 time - 7.0 at Alabama camp 12/20/15
Exit velocity last summer - 87
Pop time fall of 2015 - 2.0

I want to play SEC baseball!  I will continue to perform in the classroom as I know that is important to SEC recruiters.
