Chase Russell '24 Recruiting Profile

I am currently the #5 ranked 2024 baseball player in Mississippi by PBR and ranked in the top 200 nationally.  I am a right-handed pitcher/thrower and left-handed hitter.  My primary positions are 1B/3B.  I am a rising Sophomore at Madison Central High School in Madison, Mississippi.  In April 2021 my pitching velocity in a game was verified sitting 83-86mph and topping out at 87mph.  I am a two-way player, but I have a special passion for pitching.  I maintain a 4.0 GPA and have never made below an A on my report card since starting school.  I have strong work ethic allowing me to balance my sports, advanced placement classes/schoolwork and social activities.  I am well organized and a self-starter.  In my spare time, I like hunting with my dad and younger brother.
