I'm a vocal leader that also responds/commands with action.

Honestly, I don't come from prolific winning program, but what I have learned through the seasons of adversity, in any sport I've played, is the determination to push through difficult moments with heart and humility. I have three values that I see in myself and I'm looking for in a program. I'm looking for a program that is determined to grow as the year progresses. A program that is determined to succeed/reach their goals through all the ups and downs the season can hold. Another value is dependability. I want to be able to depend on my team to always give it their all throughout our season whether we are  undefeated or going through a rough patch.  My final value is integrity.  By leading by action and not just by words. Being able to hold yourself and others accountable.  Another thing I would like in a program is a coaching staff that is honest with me. I'm always looking for new tips or adjustments to better my game. I don't take criticism as an insult I take it as a learning moment to make me better. The last thing I'm looking for in a program is one that will hold me accountable.  A program that is going to keep me on track to reaching my goals on and off the field as well as helping the team reach their goals.
