My father has influenced and guided me throughout my entire sports career. He coached every sport I played while young-football, baseball and basketball, and like my dad, I grew to learn, love and and excel in each sport. Here's the difference though-my dad's sporting career was cut short due to a shoulder injury in high school, but I have the opportunity to follow through and continue playing until all my goals and dreams are realized.
I've become who I am by watching the example of my family and friends, especially: I will get out of it what I put into it, and I have to enjoy every day God gave me.
My future career goals seem a world away, though currently I am interested in architecture and design. No matter if I'm on or off the field, I plan to put all I have into the task at hand and hope to do that with a progressive school and baseball program.
