Kobe Morgan '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kobe Morgan. I live in Carson City, Nevada, which is just outside of Reno. I attend Carson High School. My unweighted GPA is 3.9/4.0. My current class rank is 38/571. I have taken several honors classes as a Sophomore and as a Junior I am enrolled in A.P. and Honors classes across the board. In college, I would like to major in Environmental Science. 

I have played on Varsity roster since my Freshman year.  Defensively, I am a gap to gap center fielder who takes pride in my defense; Over the course of two league seasons have only made 1 error.  Offensively,  as a sophomore I worked to add drag bunting, push bunting, and driving the ball to the opposite field.  This year I am looking to add consistency to my offensive tool set.   As a leader in centerfield I believe that my hustle, great work ethic,  and hard-nosed brand of play is an asset to any team.

Prior to High School, I excelled in competitive soccer, football, basketball, and wrestling.  Some activities that I currently participate in outside of baseball are mountain biking, as I was apart of the CHS mountain bike team, hiking, and rock climbing.
